Charles McDiarmid, managing director of Wickaninnish Inn, joins BNN Bloomberg to discuss the hotel’s strategy that tackles both labour and housing shortages at the same time. After 27 years in business and 27 years of affordability issues in Tofino, they decided to take matters into their own hands and build their staff housing.
